BMW Converts BAYC NFT Into Real‑World 1/1 Apecar, Hands Vehicle to Collector at IAA Munich

BMW handed the one -off “APECAR 1/1” to collector Dennis Weidner throughout IAA mobility at BMW Welt in Munich on September 12, 2025, because of which a bored Aapjachtclub (Bayc) Non -Fungible token (NFT) of the opposite, saving metavers.

The Apecar – initially made as a digital paintings by Yuga Labs – was realized by BMW as a novel assortment piece that frames the corporate and the participation as a milestone in bridging web3 tradition and conventional craftsmanship for automobiles. Weidner, CEO of Cryptoticker GmbH and one of many 10,000 BAYC holders, described the automotive as a logo of its entrepreneurial journey and the maturation of digital collective objects in tangible belongings.
