Polygon Labs says it has signed definitive agreements to accumulate a pair of US-regulated crypto funds corporations.

Polygon says it’s shopping for digital asset funds platform Coinme and pockets infrastructure supplier Sequence for greater than $250 million.

The deal goals to construct the Polygon Open Cash Stack to allow suitable stablecoin funds on a worldwide scale.

Based in 2014, Coinme operates fiat-to-crypto companies in 48 US states with cash transmitter licenses, a community of greater than 50,000 retail areas and enterprise APIs.
