SEC Strikes Again – Sues the Company Behind Three Altcoins

Within the newest improvement, the SEC is suing Nova Labs Inc, the corporate behind Helium (HNT) and three associated altcoins.
The grievance accuses Nova Labs of participating in unregistered gross sales of funding contracts and making materially false and deceptive statements in regards to the providing of crypto belongings and firm inventory.
In response to the SEC submitting, Nova Labs has raised cash from buyers since April 2019 by the sale of digital units referred to as “Hotspot” and a rewards program referred to as the Discovery Mapping Program.
