Spanish Securities Watchdog Approves First Tokenization License

Spain’s securities watchdog, the CNMV, has accredited the nation’s first tokenization license, opening the doorways to tokenizing real-world property (RWA). Ursus-3 Capital, in partnership with Onyze, is the primary consortium that may supply one of these service to Spanish firms that need to enter the decentralized ledger world. “We’re satisfied that the tokenization of actual property opens up a universe of prospects for entrepreneurs and that it is very important assure the authorized certainty of buyers,” stated Juan Jurado, Managing Director of Ursus-3 Capital. Third events can already contract their tokenizing providers.
